Please Note

  • Online booking is currently available for virtual/phone and in office appointments. If you require an procedure (shot, pap, pelvic exam, physical or have any skin issues), please book an appointment by phoning our office.

  • Your ID number is your CareCard number (also called your PHN or personal health number). Please choose BC in the dropdown as well. You will need this information to book an appointment online.

  • Your email address must be on file with our clinic before you can book an appointment online. Please call the clinic to provide us with your email address or complete this form.

  • You must book the appointment under the patient being seen. If you or your child does not have access to book online, please call the office to update their file. DO NOT book under a family member. Thank you.
